Returning artwork, when necessary, is a simple matter to accommodate. We try to avoid returns through effective communication with collectors and their interests as well as providing every bit of information about artwork that may be required to make an decision. This way we can insure our clients will be satisfied and the need for returns is minimized. Costs involved with a return are always the responsibility of the buyer.
If for any reason art is required to be returned, the ARTCHAUCER art gallery charges a restocking fee of 25%. This fee may be applied to the purchase of another piece of artwork from the gallery within 30 days. After 30 days the restocking fee is non-refundable.
Returns require prior approval and refunds are issued upon safe return of artwork to the gallery. The buyer pays for insured shipping and return charges.
